ABOUT
The Dayton Homecoming Haiku Challenge provides the ultimate collaboration opportunity, helping create a new Dayton narrative through the beautiful poetry of Haiku.
The project is centered around the lived-experiences, creativity and passions of Daytonians, resonating with Art in the City attendees who are from Dayton and all those who are inspiring family and friends from out of town to move to Dayton. Everyone can participate regardless of age or "ability".
In addition to sharing a collection of Dayton Haikus on our web site and social media, we are planning a Haiku Challenge exhibition that will travel to libraries in the region in 2023.
The 2022 Haiku Challenge submission period has ended.
Stay tuned for news of the Haiku Challenge winners!
